Suddenly, it's hip to publish statements on Venezuela

The European Union - via the Irish presidency - hangs tight to the OAS message. Though the language is, well, diplomatic: the meaning is clear. Everybody knows there are about 3 million valid signatures. OAS knows it, the Carter Center knows it, the European Union knows it, every diplomat in Caracas knows it. It's an open secret.
